Grilled chicken, Caesar salad and fruit, it’s not good to eat unhealthy when you are stressed!

Turkey is excellent. Any lean protein is good, actually. She should also load up on Legumes (beans, lentils) because they’re a good source of tryptophan as well. She needs to eat healthy, nutrition-dense foods. She might benefit from Ensure or another nutrition drink.
